HOW IS THE WORK SENT?
We send all our work using a recorded next day delivery service, ensuring a timely delivery.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO LEAVE BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS FOR YOU TO COMPLETE THE WORK?
We kindly ask for two weeks. However, we understand that this doesn't always work out for you or the patient. So feel free to contact us and we will accommodate to the best we possibly can.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR REMO MILLED IMPLANT-SUPPORTED COMPONENTS MILLED BY REMO?
Yes, we provide a 20 year warranty on all implant-supported components milled by Remo (T&C's available in our downloads page).
DO YOU OFFER ANY FORM OF WARRANTY ON YOUR RESTORATIONS?
Yes, we provide warranty on all restorations that leave Remo for 30 days after shipment.
HOW DO I GET LAB TICKETS TO START SENDING WORK?
Our lab tickets can be found on our downloads page labelled 'Remo Lab Ticket'. Or alternatively, get in touch with one of our team and we will be happy to send out a welcome pack.
